    Stopped in after climbing, had a cheese dog and shared a large fries. The portion sizes on the fries are massive so I’d highly recommend sharing them if possible. The drinks are refillable (apart from milkshakes), but the milkshakes are well worth the extra. You can choose as many toppings as you like for food and as many ingredients as you like for the milkshakes. There’s lots of seating and a good-sized car park too. It can be expensive, but don’t fall into the trap of thinking it’s ‘just like McDonald’s’, it’s more like a restaurant than fast food like McDonald’s.

    I’m rating three stars for cleaning and tasteI take off two stars for missing hospitality and welcome from the personnel that show up the indifference of clients importance or satisfaction. I’m eating the third time here on Saturdays and even on large intervals of time the restaurant is pretty empty at the lunch time!It might be pricey for some people but I think quality wise is what makes the difference.I’m disappointed with the missing a hot drink in the winter.Wise decision to pack the hot meal into extra wrap to keep it warmer for longer. Refilling also it’s good idea when you’re eating out with family! I enjoyed idea with the peanuts but they definitely taste bad! Please get rid of it! This batch is not edible! Looks also bad! Smells bad too! Good luck with the business!

    Waited a little while for food when there was a nearly empty restaurant, more than I would expect for a fast food restaurant and definitely much longer than I have experienced in other five guys chain restaurants. The atmosphere at the Newport road branch isn't of the same standard elsewhere, the table and chairs are a little tatty and it is quite a small restaurant. The food however is very tasty, the same standard as other five guys restaurants, although on the pricier side - priced more at a restaurant meal rather than fast food. Recommend the cheeseburger with bacon and the chips are very tasty, cooked in peanut oil.

We recommend the bacon cheese burgerParking: Dedicated free car park for Five Guys customers at the side of the building.Kid-friendliness: There is plenty of clean tables for family dining that are well maintained and comfortable chairs.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide door, no steps, large floor space that makes it easy for wheelchairs to manoeuvre and position at a dining table.
